PLEASE KINDLY READ CAREFULLY
1. QUALITY
All offered eggs and other products are handmade. Each egg is absolutely unique in size (natural products), colour and dispatch. The fotos show the up to date egg
and will be done new for every new egg. The eggs are partially from our own usage, presents from friends or bought from Martje's eggs (spcial shop for blowed off natural eggs). The eggs are
painted with Gouche colour from ARTEZA and with lacquer at the end. Above and below you will finde a wooden perl, big eggs have a silk ribbon and smal a cotton thread.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
The regulare delivery time is 3 - 5 weekdays. Due to high arise of orders during Easter- time maybe 5 - 8 weekdays. In case of delivery delay you will get an e-mail-
information in advance.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
The regulare delivery will be done by DHL. The actual delivery expenses/ shipping charges are dependent on actual costs of DHL (country of arrival) and customs
charges. Up to an order value of 60,00 EUR the delivery costs are free of charge.
4. PACKAGING
You can order a special gift wrapping (please use our contact- form for your order). We carefully wrap all items so that you will get your articles in good repair.
We are using recycling materials due to save our enviroment.
5. COMPENSATION DELIVERY IN CASE OF DAMAGE
In case of damaging of your ordered products please kindly let us know by e-mail/ shirakawa-kerstinlucas@web.de (maybe send a foto of damage). Of course you will get
a compensation delivery. But please be informed: IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO MAKE AN ABSOLUTELY IDENTICAL COPY OF THE EGG YOU ORDERED! In case of damage the delivery costs are omitted.
6. PAYMENT
At the shop you will finde a wide range of payment (bill order; PayPal; payment in advance; collection from domiciles). Please make your choice.
7. IMPORTANT ADVICE
Please be informed it is strict forbidden to sell my products via internet portals without a permission of my person. This is also applicable for sale at other
shops. In case you will do so without permission it will be prosecuted by a loyer. Please send an e-mail and ask for my agreement.
